I started this business due to the hard time I was having in finding informative and credible sources on locations of haunted places in the Midwestern and Northeastern regions of the U.S.

By reading dozens of books on the paranormal and spending hours online researching life after death stories. Along, with researching sites devoted to exploring the ghosts and spirits phenomenon throughout the U.S. and in other parts of the world.
I wanted to make available to people (in ebook form) a source of information where you could download instantly a list of places where they could investigate these areas further. Which in turn would save you a ton of time and money in research.

- The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde
The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde by Robert Louis Stevenson was published in 1886. It is considered one of Stevenson's best-known works. The original idea came to the novelist in a nightmare and the basic theme of the
story is the existence of two countering forces, good and evil, inbred in each human being. The story is about the tall and handsome Dr. Henry Jekyll, a man of considerable wealth; who by drinking a strange concoction is transformed into the small, deformed, and repulsive Edward Hyde.
A lawyer, Mr.Utterson, tells this haunting tale as a narrative, where the murder of one of his clients leads him to investigate the odd connection between the ugly and violent Mr. Hyde with the respectable Dr. Jekyll.
Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde is a chilling account of the contrary emotions, some virtuous and some malicious, inherit in an individuals psyche. This story is truly a spooky and disquieting reminder of the barbaric and antagonistic nature of the dark side of the human consciousness. A must have for all horror novel enthusiasts. Yours free as your first bonus.
- A Christmas Carol (A ghost story of Christmas)
There are few names in the literary world, which are as well known and respected as Charles Dickens. Considered to be one of the greatest novelist of the Victorian period, the year 1843, marks the time when he wrote one of his most enduring works, A Christmas Carol.
Although, the story is sited and recounted around Christmas time and teaches the message of charity by being compassionate and kind to your fellow man; A Christmas Carol is also a hauntingly delightful ghost story.
The old grouchy, cantankerous, miser Ebenezer Scrooge; is haunted by three spirits, foretold to him by the ghost of his former dead business partner, Jacob Marley. The first apparition is that of The Ghost of Christmas Past, a visitation which escorts Scrooge back to his younger days to show him a kinder and gentler
time, where Scrooge discovers some poignant and agonizing truths about himself which helped form the foundation of his life of misery. The second apparition, The Ghost of Christmas Present shows his life (as well as others in his circle of influence); and how his behavior and actions have had a profound and distressing impact on those people around him.
Then, the chilling spirit of The Ghost of Christmas Future, where Scrooge is shown the world at the time of his death. A world where due to his life of hatefulness and greed toward others, he dies a lonely death. A death where people he knew disregard him and his life, and showing no mercy or sympathy of
his passing. He sees only sloth and avarice by others who view his death, the very same brand of life he lived and inflicted on others. This is a timeless ghost story where no library of the haunted should be without. And it is yours free as a second bonus.

Landing in an ill prepared Victorian England, the Martians ensue their reign of terror by blanketing the land in their tripod legged war machines, laying waste to the countryside by obliterating or capturing everything in their path.
